SIR certification & repair

As a SIR inspection and certification body, Eurojetting has test equipment with which high-pressure hoses can be tested and inspected. Our services are available for hoses and equipment of all brands and can be tested up to a pressure of 4,500 bar. After approval of the hoses or equipment, a certificate will be handed over in accordance with the standards of the SIR. We are happy to be your service partner for both new high pressure hoses as with repair and recertification.

In addition to supplying new high-pressure hoses and certification of hoses and equipment, Eurojetting also offers a repair service for Parker Polyflex high-pressure hoses. Our company employs qualified technicians whom are able to repair the hoses with our specialized equipment.

You pay the prices as they are stated openly and there are no hidden costs. This also applies to our services. So you know exactly where you stand in advance. In our opinion, it is fair and transparent. This makes us unique compared to the non-transparent costs based on the hourly wages of our competitors. In addition, before we proceed to repair and/or certification, we will first contact you for approval and explanation of the next steps.

Our fixed labour costs per high-pressure hose:
 
Evaluation/certification: €25,-
Replacement single fitting: €120,-
Replacement two fittings: €240,-
Replacement of protective hose: €73,-
Shortening of the hose: €99,-
